Sad News

Hi Laurie,
I have some very bad news to post on the blog... Cathy (Jerry and Carolyn Hargis' daughter) wanted me to pass this on to you.
Thursday night (3/5) Rachel Vallery (daughter of Kirk and Cathy ... sister, Darcy) was shot and killed by her boyfriend who then shot himself.. Christine and I are traveling to New Orleans tomorrow for the service. The service will be on Monday from 10-2. Funeral Service at JACOB SCHOEN & SON Funeral Home, 3827 Canal St., New Orleans, at N. Scott on Monday, March 9, 2009 at 2:15 pm. Followed by internment at Lake Lawn Cemetery. Visitationwill begin at 11:00 am until service time.
